3. Guarantee
All HAYA products come with a quality warranty. Please see below for details:
Warranty period: 13 months from the shipping date in China.
What's Covered: If parts are defective during the guarantee period, HAYA will replace them freely, but customers should pay the shipping cost of sending the defective parts to HAYA.
What's not covered: Two kinds of defective parts are excluded from the guarantee:¢Ù Parts damaged due to fault of the operators. ¢Ú Consumptive parts ----HAYA will make a list for all the consumptive parts for customer.
HAYA will not be held responsible for damages or problems caused by shipping, but HAYA must guarantee the good package for machines to suit shipment.
4. Spare parts inventory
We have packing lists for every machine, which include some spare parts together with the machine.
We provide a consumptive parts list for each machine we provide, which recommends the spare parts you need to buy additionally.
